Revocation
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods. You can submit your withdrawal in writing via e-mail or fax. A corresponding withdrawal form is available in our online shop.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded.
The repayment will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order. Usually, the refund is processed within 3 to 10 days after receipt of the goods.
