Shipping and Delivery:
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email – including a tracking number for shipment tracking. For freight deliveries, the shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

All orders within Germany are delivered free of charge – no additional shipping costs apply. For urgent orders, we optionally offer an express service. The corresponding costs are listed directly in the respective product description.
For deliveries abroad, additional shipping costs apply. These are either specified in the respective offer or can be requested from our customer service .

In the online shop, you can always check under "Availability" whether a product is currently in stock. Tents marked as "ready for immediate shipping" will be shipped on the same day if payment is received by 2 p.m. on weekdays.
Products available for pre-order include an estimated delivery time. Shipment takes place on the specified date. Please note that this information is non-binding – delivery may occasionally be slightly earlier or later. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email.
