After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This contains all relevant information about your order – including ordered items, payment method, and delivery address.
For payments received by 2 p.m. on weekdays, shipment will occur on the same day. Once your goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number.
On the evening of the shipping day, our shipping partner GLS will also inform you via email about the shipment status and the estimated delivery window.
If the shipment is made via freight carrier, you will be contacted promptly by our logistics partner via SMS or email to arrange a suitable delivery date.

We reliably deliver your order to the address of your choice. Simply provide your desired delivery address during the ordering process.
Whether to your home, office, or directly to the construction site – we ensure that your delivery arrives safely and on time.
If you have any questions about the delivery address or individual shipping options, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
Upon request, we offer express shipping for selected products. This option comes with additional shipping costs that are calculated individually depending on the product.
When selecting express shipping, delivery usually occurs within one business day after dispatch. Please note that Saturday is not a business day and no deliveries are made on this day.
Express shipping is only available within Germany. For deliveries abroad, our standard shipping methods are available.
The respective express surcharges can be found in the corresponding product offer. You can select the optional express shipping directly during the ordering and payment process.

We deliver to almost all EU countries. For international shipping, additional shipping costs apply, which are specified in the respective offer or can be provided upon request. Within the EU, no additional customs fees are incurred.
For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), customs duties, tariffs, and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and will be invoiced directly by the shipping company upon delivery. Please note that we have no influence over these fees.

Unfortunately, delivery to parcel lockers is not possible, as our logistics partners do not service them and our packages are generally too large for storage.
Alternatively, you can have your order delivered to a parcel shop.
Freight deliveries are always scheduled in advance and coordinated with you to ensure smooth delivery.
If you have not received your goods, please contact our customer service immediately. Ideally, have your order or invoice number ready so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Our team will promptly contact the responsible shipping provider, initiate a tracing request, and take care of further clarification of the case.
Our tents are delivered safely and securely in a sturdy shipping carton.
Optionally, we offer transport and storage bag sets that allow you to conveniently store and transport your tent after use.
Pop-up gazebos are standardly delivered with a practical frame bag. Additionally, matching bags for the sidewalls can be purchased optionally.
The packed dimensions and the number of cartons vary depending on the tent type and order quantity. Exact information about the dimensions and weight can be found in the "Packed Dimensions & Weight" section of the respective product.
