After you place your order, the next steps are:

1. Order confirmation: You will receive an email with your order details and your chosen payment and delivery methods.
2. Payment and release for dispatch: Once your payment has been confirmed or your purchase on account has been authorised, we release your order for dispatch. For payment in advance, we wait until we receive your payment. The goods you have ordered must be available before we can dispatch them.
3. Dispatch confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
4. Delivery: For items delivered by a freight carrier, you will usually receive a proposed delivery date by text message or email. If the proposed date is not convenient, you can arrange another date with the carrier.

Standard delivery within Germany is free.

If you need your order particularly quickly, we offer an optional Premium Express delivery service at an additional charge. You can find the cost in the delivery information on the relevant product page.

You can find the availability and estimated delivery time on the relevant product page. The coloured dots show the current status:

• Green: The item is available and ready for immediate dispatch. If your payment or purchase on account is confirmed or authorised by 14:00, we dispatch available goods on the same day, Monday to Friday. This also applies to items delivered by a freight carrier. For payment in advance, the time when we receive your payment is decisive.
• Yellow: The item is currently out of stock but can be pre-ordered. The approximate delivery date shown indicates when the goods are expected to arrive at your address. This date is not guaranteed. Unforeseen events, such as force majeure, may delay delivery.
• Red: The item is currently unavailable and cannot be added to your basket.

You will receive your invoice by email within 24 hours of the goods being dispatched, sent to the email address provided with your order.

If your invoice has not arrived or you need another copy, you can request one from our customer service team by telephone or email.

Yes, if the requirements for a tax-exempt intra-Community supply are met. These include a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) and delivery to another EU country.

Enter your VAT ID during checkout. It will be checked in real time. Once it has been successfully verified, German VAT will be deducted immediately from an eligible order. You will then see net prices at checkout.

If you have any questions or problems with verification, our customer service team will be happy to help.

Yes. For deliveries to a country outside the EU, such as Switzerland, German VAT is automatically deducted during checkout once you have selected the relevant delivery address. This applies to private and business customers. You will then see net prices at checkout.

Additional import taxes, customs duties and clearance charges may apply in the destination country. You, as the recipient, are responsible for these costs; they are not included in our invoice amount.

After you place your order, the next steps are:

4. Delivery by freight carrier: You will usually receive a text message or email with a proposed delivery date. If the proposed date is not convenient, you can arrange another date with our logistics partner.

Yes. During checkout, you can specify a delivery address that differs from your billing address – for example, your home, office or a building site.

If you have any questions about the delivery address or individual shipping options, our customer service team will be happy to help.

Yes. For selected products, we offer a Premium Express delivery service within Germany at an additional charge. You can select this during checkout. You can find the additional cost on the relevant product page.

Delivery usually takes place on the next working day after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Express deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Standard delivery within Germany is free.

For selected products, you can choose Premium Express delivery at an additional charge. You can find the additional cost on the relevant product page and select the shipping method during checkout.

Yes. We deliver to almost all EU countries and selected countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional import taxes, customs duties and clearance charges may apply. You, as the recipient, are responsible for these costs; they are not included in our invoice amount.

Delivery to a parcel locker is not possible. We ship our goods with GLS or a freight carrier. Our parcels are also generally too large for a parcel locker.

Alternatively, for a GLS delivery, you can specify a GLS ParcelShop directly as your delivery address.

You can find a GLS ParcelShop near you using the GLS ParcelShop finder. Simply enter your town or postcode.

Our tents are delivered in sturdy shipping boxes.

For subsequent storage and transport, you can also order suitable transport and storage bag sets.

A frame bag is already included with our pop-up gazebos. Suitable bags for the sidewalls are available separately.

Please contact our customer service team. If possible, have your order or invoice number ready so that we can identify your order quickly.

We will contact the relevant delivery company and investigate the matter. If necessary, we will initiate a trace of your shipment.

This depends on the size, location and intended use.

For example, in Hamburg and Brandenburg, no approval for the temporary structure (Ausführungsgenehmigung) is required for single-storey tents up to 75 m² that are classified as temporary structures (“fliegende Bauten”). Temporary structures are structures designed to be repeatedly assembled and dismantled at different locations.

If you want to use your tent or gazebo at a fixed location for an extended period, other building regulations may apply. Local requirements must also be observed for smaller tents.

Before setting up, therefore, check with your local building authority which requirements apply at your location. Have the dimensions, intended use and planned duration of installation ready.

The cover materials mainly differ in weight, feel and suitability for different types of use.

PE (polyethylene)

PE is a lightweight plastic fabric that you may recognise from traditional tarpaulins – for example, those used to cover firewood. Our PE covers are waterproof, with heat-sealed roof seams.

The material is lightweight, takes up little storage space and is well suited to occasional use. For a long service life, store your tent in a dry place protected from sunlight between uses.

Polyester

Polyester has a fabric-like surface that gives it a particularly welcoming appearance. Our polyester covers are PVC-coated on the inside and have sealed seams. This makes them waterproof.

The material is well suited to occasional use. Protected storage between uses helps extend its service life.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride)

You may recognise PVC tarpaulins from lorries and trailers. They are particularly robust, durable and UV-resistant. Their welded seams are waterproof.

The material is particularly suitable for regular use and longer periods of use. Depending on the extent of the damage, repairs can be made using a suitable repair kit or professional welding.

Our recommendation: PE or polyester are options for occasional use. For frequent use or longer periods of use, we recommend PVC. Please also follow the assembly and usage instructions for your particular tent model.

To extend the service life of your tent, correct storage and care of the covers are particularly important in winter.

Storage

Always store the covers clean and completely dry at room temperature. When folding them, take care not to compress them too tightly. It is best to fold them loosely or carefully roll up the sidewalls. This avoids unnecessary stress on the material and helps prevent long-term damage.

Removing the roof cover

When dismantling, make sure the roof cover is completely dry before putting it into storage. If it is still damp, hang it up or spread it out to dry first. This prevents mildew stains and mould from forming.

Our gazebos and tents are generally not winterproof and not designed to withstand snow loads. Snow should therefore never be allowed to accumulate on the roof, as the additional weight alone can damage the cover or frame.

Even low temperatures can affect the properties of the cover materials. PE and polyester covers in particular can become stiffer in cold weather, making them more susceptible to mechanical stress. PVC covers are generally more resistant to cold. Always observe the temperature specifications for the relevant model.

If you would like to use your gazebo during the colder months, you should check the weather conditions regularly and remove snow from the roof immediately. In heavy snowfall, storms or extreme weather conditions, we recommend taking the gazebo down in good time.

Our covers are waterproof. A hydrostatic head rating, such as those you may know from camping tents or outdoor clothing, is therefore not required for our covers.

The hydrostatic head rating indicates the water pressure a material can withstand before moisture penetrates it. However, the waterproofness of our coated or non-porous cover materials is not specified using a hydrostatic head rating.

When correctly assembled, our covers provide reliable protection against rain and moisture.

Yes. All tents purchased from us are covered by a replacement parts availability guarantee of at least 10 years. This means you can order suitable replacement parts for your tent from us even many years after your purchase.

No. In strong winds or storms, for safety reasons you should take your tent down in good time. Extreme weather conditions can exert considerable forces on the cover, frame and fixings, causing damage.

What should you bear in mind in windy conditions?

Always make sure your tent is securely anchored in a way that suits the ground surface. When the wind picks up, the tent should be completely closed and all sidewalls properly secured.

A general figure for the maximum permissible wind speed cannot be given. The actual loads depend on factors such as the location, ground surface, anchoring, wind direction and condition of the tent.

If strong winds or a storm are approaching, do not wait until the weather has already changed; instead, take the tent down early.

These covers have EN 13501-1 certification. The relevant marking is clearly visible on the inside of the roof cover and is also documented in the assembly instructions.

Important for events and commercial use

If you need the tent for an event or an application with special fire safety requirements, check beforehand which fire classification or certification the organiser or relevant authority requires.

Assembly time depends on the model, tent size and number of people. If particularly quick and straightforward assembly is important to you, we recommend a pop-up gazebo.

The weight of a pop-up gazebo depends on the size, frame and equipment of the relevant model.

Example: 3 × 6 m pop-up gazebos

• Premium: 39.5 kg frame + 25 kg roof & sidewalls = approx. 64.5 kg
• Professional: 32 kg frame + 25 kg roof & sidewalls = approx. 57 kg
• Professional PLUS: 49 kg frame + 25 kg roof & sidewalls = approx. 74 kg

The number of people a tent can accommodate depends mainly on the tent size and desired seating arrangement. You should also allow additional space for items such as a buffet, bar, DJ booth or dance floor when planning.

Rule of thumb for choosing the right tent size

You can use the following approximate figures as a guide:

• Without seating: approx. 0.5 m² per person
• With seating: approx. 1 m² per person
• With seating & buffet: approx. 1.5 m² per person

These figures are a rule of thumb. The actual space required can vary depending on the arrangement of tables and chairs, as well as any walkways or additional areas needed.

Our tip

Mark out the footprint of your preferred tent at the intended location. This will give you a good idea of how much space is actually available and which tent size is suitable for your event.

For routine cleaning of your gazebo, warm water, mild soap and a soft brush or sponge are usually sufficient. For more stubborn dirt, you can use a suitable cover cleaner.

Cleaning the cover

First remove loose dirt, then carefully clean the cover with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products, as these can damage the cover material or its coating.

Cleaning the frame

You can also clean the frame with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Thoroughly remove dirt and moisture, especially before prolonged storage.

Preventing mould and mildew stains

Particularly important: always store your gazebo and covers clean and completely dry. Moisture can encourage the formation of mildew stains and mould. If these nevertheless develop, clean the affected areas as soon as possible with a cleaner suitable for the cover material.

The right way to secure your gazebo depends mainly on the ground surface and weather conditions. As a rule, you should always secure your gazebo adequately, even if only light winds are currently forecast.

Anchoring on soft ground

On grass or other suitable ground, anchoring into the ground is particularly effective. Depending on the tent and ground surface, you can use fixings such as the following:

• Storm kit with ratchets and tubular ground stakes
  
• All ground fixings
  
• Ground spike anchors
  

Securing on hard ground

If your gazebo is standing on asphalt, paving or concrete, for example, and anchoring with ground stakes is not possible, you can provide additional security with suitable weights:

• Weight bags – can be filled with up to 10 kg of sand or gravel
  
• PROFI steel weights – available in 10 kg or 15 kg versions
  
• Water bags – available in 10, 15, 20 or 30 litre versions
  

What should you bear in mind in windy conditions?

Make sure all fixings are correctly fitted and checked regularly. In windy conditions, your gazebo should be completely closed and the sidewalls properly secured.

Even additional ground anchoring or ballast does not make a gazebo stormproof. If strong winds or a storm are approaching, you should therefore completely dismantle the gazebo in good time, while weather conditions are still safe.

Also, do not leave your gazebo unattended in changeable or windy weather conditions.

You need no additional tools to assemble most of our tents and gazebos. However, there are differences depending on the model:

Yes, our pop-up gazebos can be custom-printed. Depending on the version, the valance (roof overhang), sidewalls and half-height walls can be printed with your logo, lettering or chosen design, for example. PVC covers are excluded from custom printing.

Connecting party tents & gazebos

We offer suitable
connecting gutters
for party tents and gazebos. These are fitted between two adjacent tents and help to drain rainwater away from between the tent roofs.

For our pop-up gazebos, we also offer special

Yes, with many of our tents and gazebos you can combine sidewalls with and without windows. The options available depend on the model range.

Classic party tents

Our
Classic tent
is our entry-level model and is only offered with continuous sidewalls with windows. This range is not designed for individual combinations of different sidewalls.

Modular party tents

, you can flexibly combine the sidewalls. Depending on your preferred version, sidewalls with or without windows and with a door are available. Various options are also available for the gable ends.

The frames of our party tents are generally powder-coated. Fine-grained powder is applied to the metal and cured at approx. 200°C. This finish offers numerous benefits:

• No paint runs
• Greater resistance to mechanical stress
• Easy to clean
• 5-year guarantee against rust perforation on all metal parts
• High-quality look and feel

Benefits of powder coating

• Weather resistance

Many other manufacturers instead use galvanising. Only the raw material is galvanised, while welds are often merely touched up with basic zinc paint. In addition, the protective oil layer must be removed from all parts before first use – a time-consuming and unattractive process, as the zinc layer then oxidises immediately.

• Lower manufacturing cost
• Weather resistance

After assembly, particularly in damp conditions, light surface rust may occasionally form. It can accumulate inside the frame, for example, and has no effect on the stability or durability of the tent.

How do I remove surface rust?

Light surface rust can usually simply be wiped off. Clean the affected areas and make sure the frame is completely dry afterwards.

5-year guarantee against rust perforation

We provide a 5-year guarantee against rust perforation on all metal parts in accordance with our
guarantee terms.

In principle, you can dismantle your tent at any time. However, before storage it is particularly important that the cover and frame are completely dry. Even a small amount of residual moisture can encourage the formation of mildew stains and mould.

What if the tent is wet when I take it down?

If you need to take your tent down in damp weather, that is not a problem. However, pack it away damp only temporarily and allow the cover to dry completely as soon as possible before putting it into long-term storage.

Correct storage

Store your tent in a dry place protected from moisture. In particular, make sure the covers are completely dry before packing them away for an extended period. This prevents mould and mildew stains and protects the material.

In principle, our gazebos and tents can be heated. However, it is essential to use only a heater that the manufacturer has expressly approved for the relevant application.

What should I bear in mind when heating?

Whether using a radiant heater, fan heater or another type of heater, always maintain an adequate safety distance from the tent cover, sidewalls and other flammable materials. Be sure to follow the equipment manufacturer’s safety requirements and specified clearances.

Also ensure adequate ventilation of the gazebo. Heaters that use fuels such as gas can produce hazardous exhaust gases during combustion. Only use such equipment if the manufacturer has expressly approved it for the intended use, and follow the operating and safety instructions precisely.

Important: Never place heaters directly against or beneath the tent cover, and do not leave them unattended while in use.

Condensation – also known as “sweating” – forms when warm, moist air inside the tent meets the cooler tent cover. Moisture from the air then condenses into small water droplets on the inside of the cover.

This is a natural physical process and does not indicate that your tent cover is leaking or has a material defect. Condensation can be particularly pronounced when there are large temperature differences between day and night, high humidity or many people in a closed tent.

What helps prevent condensation in the tent?

• Ventilate regularly: Open sidewalls, doors or windows to let moist air escape and fresh air enter.
  
• Reduce ground moisture: Damp ground can allow additional moisture to enter the tent. A suitable groundsheet or tent floor can help reduce moisture from the ground.
  
• Ensure air circulation: Avoid sealing the tent completely. A continuous exchange of air helps reduce moisture inside.
  

Thoughtfully designed ventilation at Stabilezelte

Our party tents and garden gazebos have a carefully considered design that supports air exchange and thus reduces condensation.

Unlike many other models, our tents are not hermetically sealed. For example, we do not use fully bonded hook-and-loop fastenings that can impede natural air exchange. This allows air to circulate more freely and creates a more pleasant environment inside the tent.

No, our pop-up gazebos are not winterproof and cannot withstand snow loads. They are not designed to support snow loads on the roof.

During snowfall, no snow must be allowed to accumulate on the roof cover. Wet or heavy snow alone can cause significant additional loads and damage the frame, connectors or roof cover.

If snow or other critical winter weather conditions are expected, we recommend that you dismantle the pop-up gazebo in good time and store it in a sheltered place.

How does a combination tent work?

With a 4 × 6 / 4 × 10 m combination tent, for example, you receive a complete 4 × 10 m tent plus a 4 × 6 m roof cover.

The tent has a modular design and can be shortened accordingly. If you only want to use 4 × 6 m, simply leave out the 2 m sections that are not needed during assembly and use the smaller roof cover. For the full size, assemble the tent at 4 × 10 m and use the large roof cover.

You do not need any additional frame sections or other components for this. All the necessary components are already included in the combination tent set.

You can open the storage tent using the designated entrances or doors to move vehicles, machinery, goods or other items in and out, then close it again afterwards.

Yes. Condensation can form even inside a waterproof storage tent under certain conditions.

For example, condensation forms when warm, humid air comes into contact with the cooler tent cover. The moisture in the air can then condense on the inside of the cover and appear as water droplets.

In addition, damp ground, damp stored items or limited air exchange can increase the humidity inside the storage tent.

Condensation therefore does not automatically mean that the tarpaulin material is leaking.

How can I reduce condensation?
