Top 3 Questions
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This contains all relevant information about your order – including ordered items, payment method, and delivery address.
For payments received by 2 p.m. on weekdays, shipment will occur on the same day. Once your goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number.
On the evening of the shipping day, our shipping partner GLS will also inform you via email about the shipment status and the estimated delivery window.
If the shipment is made via freight carrier, you will be contacted promptly by our logistics partner via SMS or email to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If you need your delivery on a specific date, please contact us in advance via our customer service .

Our chat service is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods. You can submit your withdrawal in writing via e-mail or fax. A corresponding withdrawal form is available in our online shop.
