- Companies and businesses have the option to use invoice purchase through our partner Billie. Details can also be found here .
- Cities, municipalities, and public institutions can order directly from us on invoice. Please send us a written order via email or fax to info@stabilezelte.de .
You can conveniently handle installment purchases through our partner Klarna. Simply select the option "Installment Purchase with Klarna" during the checkout process and choose a suitable payment plan with 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. Your monthly installments remain consistent and transparent.
If you ever pay less than the agreed installment, Klarna adjusts the terms flexibly – so you remain financially flexible at all times.
The first monthly installment is due one month after the shipment of the goods.

Your invoice will be automatically sent within 24 hours after the shipment of the goods to the email address you provided.
If you have not received your invoice or would like another copy, you can request it anytime by phone or email from our customer service.
Yes, as a company abroad with a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID), you can receive a tax-free invoice – provided that the delivery is made to another EU country or to a non-EU country.
In this case, VAT is not charged, as it qualifies as an intra-community supply or an export delivery, according to European VAT regulations.
Please make sure to provide your VAT ID during the ordering process so that the tax exemption can be correctly applied. The system checks your number in real time and automatically issues a tax-free invoice upon successful confirmation.

After successful verification, you can pay the amount as usual with your preferred payment method .
For deliveries to non-EU countries – for example, to Switzerland – VAT is automatically deducted during the ordering process. This way, you can see the tax-free invoice amount directly during checkout.
