Complaints
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for any transport damage. If the packaging or carton is visibly damaged, make sure to have the damage confirmed by the delivering driver. You should still accept the goods – damaged individual parts can usually be replaced quickly and easily.
If something is not in order, please send us an e-mail with photos along with your customer, invoice, or order number to info@stabilezelte.de . Once we have received and reviewed your documents, we will contact you immediately.

Please carefully check your delivery for completeness upon receipt. For environmental reasons, we sometimes use recycled packaging. Therefore, the label on the carton may not always match the actual contents. In such cases, this is usually indicated by a corresponding note on the packaging.
If you find that your order is incomplete or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately. Please have your customer, invoice, or order number ready so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
