As a private customer, you are entitled to a statutory 2-year warranty from the receipt of your order. This applies to the condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
Please note that the warranty expires if damage occurs due to external influences, improper use, or third-party interference. The warranty also does not cover unauthorized modifications or tampering with the products.
We offer you a spare parts repurchase guarantee5 of 10 years.
From the date of purchase, you have the option to buy all spare parts for your purchased product at fair conditions for at least 10 years.
Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to the available spare parts. However, they will always remain compatible with your product.

If a pole or connector rusts within this period, you will receive free replacement from us.
