All items in our online shop are free of shipping costs throughout Germany .

Items available from stock are dispatched immediately.
All orders placed by 2 p.m. are processed on the same day and handed over to our logistics partners.

Excluded from this is prepayment.
Here the dispatch takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri).

Optionally, we also offer express delivery within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) (except islands).

The express costs depend on the item but maximum 59,90 EURO, no matter how much you order.

The additional shipping costs for deliveries abroad can be found in the respective tent offer. There are no additional customs clearance costs within the EU.

For non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), additional customs clearance costs, duties and taxes may apply. These will be charged to the recipient and will be invoiced by the transport company after delivery.

All our items are dispatched by parcel service or forwarding agent. You will either receive a e-mail notification from the parcel service with the approximate delivery time or the delivery will be notified by the carrier by telephone . In either case, you have the option of influencing the delivery afterwards .

If you would like to collect your order, you can do so at at any time during our stated opening hours. No prior registration is required, but in order to ensure we have enough time for you, we recommend making an appointment.
