To ensure that your tent print is razor-sharp, true to colour and durable, please note the following points before submitting your data:

🎨 Colours & profiles

Create all graphics and logos in CMYK (not RGB). Files submitted in RGB are automatically converted to CMYK by our graphics programme.
Solid colours (Pantone) can only be reproduced approximately.

🖼️ Images & resolution

Minimum resolution: 150 dpi at original size.
Use embedded images, no linked files.
No unwanted transparencies or drop shadows.

🔠 Fonts & logos

Convert all fonts to paths.
Embed logos as vector files (AI, EPS, PDF).

📏 Formats & bleed

The final format is adapted to the desired tent size by our graphics department (except for orders via the configurator).

✅ File formats

Permitted formats: PDF/X-1a, AI, EPS, TIFF, JPEG (high-resolution).
No Word, PowerPoint or Publisher files.

Due to different colour spaces (RGB on the monitor and CMYK in print) and material-related properties, the print colours may deviate from the screen display. These deviations are technically unavoidable and do not constitute a defect or reason for complaint. Complex graphics may require additional adjustments. If the graphics supplied do not fulfil our requirements, additional costs may be incurred.
